The main focus of the training sessions your player(s) will encounter are based on three basic principles: Discipline, hard work and fundamental skills. Once we have achieved these essentials, we can then begin to tackle the subsequent skills needed to actually play the game.
The SOTREX trainer will first identify the needs of the trainee, whether it be an individual, group or team. After the assessment has been made, the trainer will concentrate on developing the player's specific needs. The object is to pinpoint the areas where the players excel and where they are most deficient, and develop these areas according to the individual's ability to absorb.
